Accessibility statement
Global Jobs aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, in both English and Arabic (right-to-left).
Last updated: October 2, 2026
What we do
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “skip to main content” link.
- Forms have visible labels above fields, errors in text (not colour alone) linked to the field, and nothing to re-enter on long forms.
- Text and controls meet AA colour contrast; touch targets are at least 24 × 24 pixels.
- Arabic pages are fully right-to-left, and text you or employers write keeps its own direction.
- CV upload uses a normal file button — no drag-and-drop needed. Sign-in uses a code, with no puzzles.
- Pages respect reduced-motion settings. We test with automated accessibility checks on every release.
Known limitations
- Employer-written job descriptions are formatted from plain text; their structure depends on what the employer typed.
- Uploaded CVs (PDF or Word) are the candidate's own documents and may not be accessible.
